Select a square and read its cage total.
How it works
Add the cages. Keep the logic.
Fill every row, column, and 3 × 3 box with 1 through 9. Digits inside each dashed cage must also add to its corner total without repeating.
Start with cages that have only a few possible combinations, then let those sums narrow the familiar Sudoku grid. Every published puzzle is uniquely solvable without guessing.
Common questions
Is Killer Sudoku arithmetic-heavy?
Only simple addition is needed. The challenge comes from combining cage totals with ordinary Sudoku logic.
Can a digit repeat inside a cage?
No. Each cage uses distinct digits, even when its cells cross different rows or boxes.
