Clever Pause uses browser storage to remember your puzzles. Advertising and measurement technologies are loaded only when the applicable consent state permits them.

Required local storage
Clever Pause needs local browser storage to restore an unfinished puzzle and remember basic settings. This first-party storage is not advertising consent and is not used to identify you across other sites. Blocking it does not prevent play, but progress may last only for the current tab.
Advertising and third parties
Cookiebot CMP manages separate Analytics and advertising choices. Google Analytics 4 loads only after explicit Analytics permission. Google AdSense may use cookies or similar technologies only after the consent adapter reports a permitted state. Clever Pause does not listen for ad clicks or inspect advertising frames. Change your choices
Reopen the consent manager at any time. If it cannot be opened, the site keeps advertising disabled for that visit. Clearing site data in browser settings also removes local puzzle history and preferences.
